Tahnee Walters and "CoCo the Cow" started their relationship many, many years ago… In the early years Tahnee and her "imaginary" friend "CoCo the Cow" played in the kitchen – making up recipes, doodling with dough and baking treats for Tahnee's family. Even though they never learned to cook formally and are yet to follow a recipe, it wasn't long before it was not just family, but friends, and friends of friends who wanted the comforting little treats – but soon they even became something more than that, they were desired, craved, wished for and dreamed of, some said; "they were to die for".
So, in 2003 (by popular demand) Tahnee, together with her life long friend and cookie connoisseur "CoCo the Cow" decided to introduce the rest of the world to their udderly delicious cookies – the Spotted Cow Cookie Company was born! They started with just one deliriously good, Sticky Date & Caremel cookie and grew a thriving business from there. Spotted Cow Cookies now produce over 20 varieties of cookies, each and every one of them packed with more love and yumminess than you can imagine... from triple choc (why have double when you can have triple) to Gluten free white chocolate and cranberry.
From Spotted Cow Cookies magical kitchen based in Sydney, they produce up to 70,000 yummy cookies a week... now that's more milk and butter that can come from CoCo alone!
So with the help of CoCo's team they supply hundreds of leading catering companies, corporations, event organisers, retail stores and cafés with the deliciously naughty little treats. And who said cows can't fly? Recently Spotted Cow Cookies have grown wings and now you can munch on one of these famous little cookies, cherishing each and every one of those udderly delicious crumbs, over 10,000ft in the air on all Virgin Australia flights and now some VA flights as well with an exciting new 'bake on board' product…taking the delicious smells of the kitchen to new heights!
